Welcome to La Dixmeresse! We offer 5 guest rooms in the heart of Restigné, a peaceful setting in the Loire Valley, which is a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Ideally situated between Tours and Angers, our accommodation is perfect for exploring the most famous châteaux of the Loire Valley each day of your stay.
In our 1834 Napoleon-style mansion, we prioritise your comfort with a relaxing environment and top-of-the-range bedding.
We are also renovating our 18th-century farmhouse to offer two gîtes and a meeting room from July 2025.

We’re Géraldine and Charles, a Franco-British couple, and we’re lucky enough to be taking over La Dixmeresse. We are here with our son Rémy and are doing everything we can to be able to welcome you from 28th March 2025 (bookings already possible on – just click on ‘Book Now’).

La Dixmeresse is right in the heart of the Bourgueil wine region, and just a few kilometres from the other key wine areas in the region – Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil, Chinon, Anjou and Vouvray – as well as numerous sites to visit, including the châteaux of the Loire, the abbeys of Fontevraud and Seuilly, the beautiful villages of Candes-Saint-Martin, Montsoreau and Crissé/Manse, the troglodyte mushroom farms, the zoos at Doué-la-Fontaine and La Flèche, as well as the landscapes along the Loire and the Loire Anjou Touraine Regional Natural Park.
